Refunds & Returns Policy
30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all unused products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for refunds:
- The calendar must be unused and in its original packaging
- The product must be in resaleable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Defective Products
If your calendar arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To report a damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damage
- Include your order number
We will arrange collection of the damaged item and send you a replacement immediately.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your calendar for any reason, please contact us. We will be happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Used or marked calendars
- Calendars returned after 30 days
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
